This is an important metric in the management of energy efficiency of the data centre. Total Facility Power includes the power consumed by all of the equipment included under the definition all IT Equipment Power, such as, servers, storage, switches, workstations, printers and all of the power used in the power delivery, cooling, air conditioning, UPS. This should also include lighting and other ancilliary power requirements consumed in the IT data centre. |
