Thermal Resistance

Thermal resistance is the temperature difference across a structure when a unit of heat energy flows through it in unit time. It is therefore measured in degrees °C(celsius) per watt.

This has an important part toplay in the design and manufacture of IT equipment as

the thermal resistance of materials will determine the point at which electrical components that generate heat will fail.
