Environmental Management System

An Environmental Management System (EMS) provides you with a structured approach (framework) for managing environmental responsibilities efficiently in a way that is integrated into your normal daily business operations.

The framework provides for a structured, documented and auditable approach to addressing all aspects of environmental management and planning for your organisation and applies all types of organisation, including businesses, government, NGOs, etc.

The framework will drive the change necessary to implement methodology and organisational structure to control planning processes, aquisition of resources and implementation of processes for the continual development, implementation and maintenance of corporate policy for environmental protection.

ISO 14001, is the recognised standard for EMS and is well accepted globally. Following the Demming principles of Plan, DO, Check, Act (PDCA), ISO 14001 covers all of the basic requirements and principles necessary to implement a successful framework.
