The principles of CSR can be considered to cover the many social aspects of organisational governance including: 1 - A commitment to ensuring that business is conducted within ethical standards and expressly within legal guidlines. 2 - The desire to deliver the highest quality of products and services to customers and in doing so establish long lasting relationships. 3 - The active promotion of best practice human resources progammes that make the organisation sought after as a place of work. 4 - To ensure Stakeholders objectives are achieved and that they are informed of all changes in organisational activity, policies and procedures. 5 - Ensure that the quality of working conditions and safety of working environment is maintained to the highest standards. 6 - Contribute to the social fabric of the community and work in partnership with members of the community to develop everyone's living communities. 7 - Improve the environment protecting nature, operate ecologically sound programmes and operational procedures and stimulate educational programmes on the environment and sustainability. 8 - Protect and respect the human rights of employees.
